Meeting Space Options:
The History Meeting Space seats 4 people
The Stewart Meeting Space seats 6 people
The Atrium Meeting Space seats 10 people
Instructions for Entering the Building:
When coming to the Nevada State Library, Archives and Public Records (NSLAPR) building, please be prepared to have your temperature taken. Before entering the library, your temperature will be taken with a NON-CONTACT INFRARED THERMOMETER. CDC Guidelines indicate that individuals with a temperature higher that 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit should not be in contact with others.
When you arrive at the NSLAPR building:
Safety Measures and Social Distancing during a Meeting:
Each meeting space is set up to ensure attendee social distancing. Attendees will follow the directional signs to their reserved meeting location.
In addition to social distancing, a face mask or shield is required to be worn by every attendee of the meeting.

It is highly encouraged that meeting attendees bring all their own pens, pencils and other meeting supplies as they will not be made available by NSLAPR staff.
Safety Measures Between Meetings:
After every meeting, NSLAPR staff will be disinfecting the meeting space and the resources provided. In addition, meetings will be spread out to ensure social distancing.
