1942 Las Vegas Big Job was begun as a newsletter for the employees of the new Basic Magnesium plant,
1943 renamed the Basic Bombardier with W. Harold Kingsley as editor,
1944 Guernsey Frazer took over the editorship until it went under in 1944

“The weekly Big Job-Basic Magnesium Newsletter was begun June 26, 1942, for the employees of the new Basic Magnesium plant at what is now Henderson. On May 7, 1943, it was renamed the Basic Bombardier, and was issued semimonthly, with W. Harold Kingsley as editor. On September 22, 1944, Guernsey Frazer took over the editorship, and in his hands it died on November 17, 1944.”
