In order to serve the librarians and library staff throughout the state of Nevada, the Nevada State Library offers various continuing education resources. This calendar of free continuing education webinars are available to all in the library and archives community.

If you complete a webinar or an online course through our continuing education portal, please take this course evaluation.

A Final Survey is REQUIRED for all Library Juice and WebJunction courses.

Training is available for all Statewide Databases. In addition, NSLAPR has pre-purchased seats available from  WebJunction and Library Juice. You can self register for WebJunction - remember to submit a Final CE Survey upon course completion.  For Library Juice ($200 courses only), please contact Sulin Jones with the name of the course you'd like to take at least 2 weeks prior to the start date.

Library Juice Academy Policies:

  • $200 courses only
  • $300 courses IF your library pays the difference
  • One course per person at a time
  • You must successfully complete one course before requesting enrollment in another course
  • You must submit a Final CE Survey before requesting enrollment in another course

Continuing Education resources are funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the Nevada State Library, Archives and Public Records .
