1884 Delbert E. Williams,
1886 George M. Smith repurchased,
1890 Delbert E. Williams,
1893 George M. Smith,
1899 George M. Smith and Delbert E. Williams jointly, but moved the plant to Gardnerville to start the (Gardnerville) Courier,
1903 George Smith,
1904 Dr. Stoddard and Charley Southworth,

1884-1899 George Smith and Delbert E. Williams ran the Genoa Courier concurrently with the Genoa Weekly Courier,

1898 George I. Lamy began the Gardnerville Record (also called just the Record),
1903 Dr. Stoddard and Charley Southworth,
1904 the printing plant burned down, Dr. Stoddard purchased the rival Gardnerville Courier and merged the two publications together to create the Record-Courier,
1904-1944 W. C. Ezell & Bert Selkirk, Selkirk ran the paper for forty years until he retired. The paper is still being published today and is one of Nevada's longest continuously published newspapers
