State Cataloger (Librarian III)
Approximate Annual Salary $64,414.80 to $95,630.40 Pay Grade 35
Librarians are typically assigned to the Nevada State Library, Archives and Public Records (NSLAPR) Division and perform a broad range of professional level duties in support of a library that organizes provides access to a wide selection of materials in a variety of formats. Incumbents perform administrative work in planning, coordinating and directing activities within one or more functional areas of the library including, but not limited to, acquisitions; cataloging; reference; circulation; collection maintenance; serials; document delivery/interlibrary loan; government documents; library services for the blind and physically disabled; and/or statewide library development.

Professional Development Consultant (Librarian III)
Approximate Annual Salary $64,414.80 to $95,630.40 Pay Grade: 35
This Librarian III Position will work in the Library Planning and Development division of the Nevada State Library, Archives and Public Records (NSLAPR) as the Professional Development Consultant. The consultant will serve as a key resource and project manager, leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of continuing education programs and initiatives for all types of libraries statewide. This position is full-time in-office in Carson City and is funded through a federal grant.
