Notice regarding salary increase and retention incentives

Assembly Bill (AB) 522, passed during the 2023 Legislative Session. AB522 includes Sections 4, 5, 13 and 14 which authorizes a 12% salary increase in Fiscal Year 2024 and an 11% salary increase in Fiscal Year 2025. In addition retention incentives of $250 were also authorized in AB 522, section 27.  The retention incentives are to be paid to each person who is eligible and employed on the following dates:
