To turn your assets into an A-Z list (and you can do this as soon as the first Asset has been added), return to the A-Z Resources menu on the left. Choose the Lists option. Click on the  + Add A-Z List button at the top right. A box will pop-up and ask you to: 

• Give your A-Z Resource a name,
• Provide a URL - the URL will autofill with the new A-Z Resource name  as its Friendly URL,
• List Proxy - leave this blank. It will autofill with the default proxy.
• Enter a description for the resource,
• Decide access,
• Choose the asset type from the selection list - choose the asset list that you had been working on previously,
• Select whether your list will be static or auto-updating.
• If it is static, then you will need to manually add the assets you want from your asset list to your A-Z list. From the A-Z Asset Type drop down menu, select the Asset Type you created earlier. Below the drop down menu, a new information box will appear. For your [Title] Asset List. Click on +  Add [Title] to List. You can use the keyword/title search boxes to limit which assets are pulled for your A-Z resource list, or click into the selection boxes next to each asset listed. Choose all of the assets at once by clicking the top most selection box, just above your first listed asset's box. This will select all available assets. Click the Add [#] button to populate your resource list with the selected assets. Be sure to click the Save as a Draft button for the assets to actually move to your new A-Z resource list. 
• If you select the auto-updating List type, your assets will be automatically added to your resource list and any new assets will be added as they are made. If you click on the + Add [Title] to List, you can generate lists of assets based on your search criteria. 
• Save as a Draft.
• If you select Static and need to add new assets to your A-Z resource list, return to the Lists page. Click on the hamburger menu (three stacked dots) and select Edit. Here, you will be able to edit the list's General Info and view the assets included so far in your list. Scroll to the bottom and click on the + Add [Title] to List button to add the new assets to your resource list. Click  the Add (#) button and be sure to Save as a Draft to add the additional assets to your resource list.
