Imaging & Preservation Services

Services

IPS staff provide consultation services to help determine which service is right for your agency or project.

We offer premium digitization services with cutting-edge imaging technology to capture organizational records of significance and lasting importance. Our, at cost, services are available to State, Local, and Municipal entities, modernizing assets into the digital era.

Cultural Heritage Preservation:

In Cultural Heritage preservation, we excel in creating digital surrogates that preserve delicate and culturally significant collections. These images are an accessible resource for scholars and the public alike, safeguarding originals from extensive use or catastrophe and preserving for generations to come.

We Preserve:

  • Documents
  • Oversized documents such as maps or blueprints
  • Bound volumes or materials
  • Slides and negatives
  • Microfilm
  • Photographs

IPS operates in compliance with Nevada Revised Statute (NRS 239) and industry best practices established by professional organizations such as the Federal Agencies Digital Guidelines Initiative (FADGI), the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Association of Records Management & Administration, International (ARMA) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
